It also features a LCD TV with satellite channels, wireless high speed internet connection, individually controlled air conditioning throughout, and a bedroom safe deposit box.
The upper level also features a sea view shaded wooden pergola of 110 m2 (1,180 sq ft) which can accommodate up to 20 persons in a variety of seating arrangements along with a BBQ.
The ground level includes one bedroom with King size bed, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), two single sofa beds, a kitchenette, as well as a spacious living area along with a dining table with seating for 8.
